About This Home
Casa Ola was a very exciting design and build project that incorporated a unique design to capture the owners’ love for surfing and the ocean. The large ocean wave entryway is entirely formed and poured with concrete and, as you can imagine, was a challenging task to complete. The natural curve of the wave continues through the ceiling and roof of the main livng area and creates a grandiose atmosphere as you enter the home.
The main living area encompasses an open kitchen that features a large island top and bar that is perfect for preparing meals while socializing with family and friends. The kitchen opens up to a large dining area that boasts a picnic style dinner table and this flows into the living room area. This entire space enjoys breezes and natural sunlight from the large, custom wood windows built into the wave as well as other windows on either side of the room.
The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom and are located on one side of the house, whereas the master suite enjoys privacy on the other side of the house. Both wings of the house have their own access to the backyard, where the large pool deck, dipping pool and BBQ area is located.
