Casa Colibri is a residential sanctuary we designed and built in Hacienda Iguana several years ago. The 3 bed/3.5 bath home offers 4,350 sq. ft. of living space and blends Spanish Colonial architecture with comfort and style.
As you step through the custom iron gates, you are greeted by a breathtaking courtyard - complete with a sparkling pool and tropical landscaping. It's a haven where you can unwind, soak up the sun, or entertain guests in absolute privacy. The tranquil sounds of the water feature create a nice soothing backdrop too!
Attention to Details: The Granada Tile accents add an artistic touch to the exterior. These vibrant tiles blend seamlessly with the lush surroundings, creating a captivating atmosphere that's unique to Casa Colibri.
Ascend to the second floor and discover the palapa, a traditional, open-air, thatched-roof space that's perfect for taking in panoramic views, reading a book, taking a nap, or enjoying the night sky.
The interior home boasts gorgeous porcelain tiles, rich granite counters and custom hardwood cabinetry that combine functionality with elegance. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel while the exposed wood rafters add an overall warmth to the home's ambiance.
Casa Colibri was a very exciting project from beginning to end. Not only did we build a new residence for our amazing clients, it's a place they'll make memories in for a lifetime. We are very thankful they gave us the opportunity to design and build their dream home in paradise!
