Casa Provo is a custom design and build that focused on providing a functional layout that created an open and warm atmosphere, while also offering privacy. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, while the guest casita is a 1 bed/1 bath studio. These two spaces combine to offer a total 2,706 sq. ft. of covered living space, which is complimented by loads of usable outdoor living space, a gorgeous lap pool and plenty of tropical landscaping.
The interior features beautiful polished concrete floors and counters throughout that contrast the varying colors of Granada Tile accents in each room. All of the doors and cabinetry were custom made with Laurel, a very rich and beautiful local hardwood. The windows and sliders are framed with high-quality vinyl and provide plenty of air flow and natural light. The ceilings are vaulted throughout the home and the main living area and master bedroom feature wood beams that liven up the ambiance of the rooms.
The exterior patios and walkways are all finished with locally-made brick laid in a herringbone pattern and the porch columns and roof framing boast local eucalyptus wood along with a cane accent. An exterior metal staircase leads up to a 2nd floor palapa area that offers great views of the courtyard and pool and is the perfect place to relax in a hammock.
The pool offers a shallow wet deck area for relaxing along with a 50’ long area for swimming laps, whereas the pool deck offers plenty of space for lounging in the sun and rinsing off in a gorgeous outdoor shower that is accented by Granada Tile and lush landscaping.
The guest casita enjoys its own access, is fully-equipped with a kitchenette, small living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. It boasts all of the same finishes as the main house and serves as the perfect place for family and friend overflow or rental guests.
