This home features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a total living space of 2,069 sq. ft. The interior area measures 1,592 sq. ft., while the exterior measures 477 sq. ft. This is complemented by a sparkling lap pool on the upper level that cascades down to a small dipping pool on the lower level.
The upper level features the main living area, kitchen, pool, pool porch, laundry, storage, and master suite. The main living area opens up onto 2 separate poolside porches, and the master suite has access to its own porch. The lower level includes additional storage along with the junior suite, which opens up to its own small pool porch and dipping pool. Both bathrooms feature quartz counters, natural hardwood cabinetry, and travertine tile showers.
The windows and sliders are framed with high-quality vinyl, providing plenty of airflow and natural light. The ceilings are vaulted throughout the home, and the kitchen features vibrant colors from the Granada Tile backsplash. All of the doors and cabinetry were custom-made with Laurel, a rich and beautiful local hardwood.
The exterior porches are finished with coral tiles, which pair beautifully with the lush, tropical landscaping around the house.
