This quaint 2 bed/1 bath Casita offers the most convenient location in the development as it is walking distance to the beach and main clubhouse - where you'll find two restaurants, a bar and pool - all with coastal views!
The house sleeps 4 people comfortably with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest room. The bedrooms have a shared bathroom while each has their own closet. There is a safe to secure valuables, a surf board rack for boards and plenty of common space in the main living area.
Within Rancho Santana, you have access to 5 beaches. Of these, two offer world-class surf spots while each is unique and magical in its own way.

Surf
Santana, a fast, barreling beach break, is right out back. The wave bounces off a rock headland and sends wedgy peaks down the beach. This wave is a short 1-minute walk away.
Rosada is about a 15-minute walk around a stunning headland from the casita. This left-hand point breaks over a fairly shallow reef bottom and is situated in a gorgeous, private cove.
