Casa Sol y Mar is a 3 bed/ 3 bath house located next to the Playa Rosada clubhouse & pool. The outdoor veranda provides for breathtaking views of Playa Rosada and its famous surf break. This beautiful home has ocean views throughout the whole house and draws you in from the moment you arrive.
The spacious living room and fully-equipped kitchen are well-suited for entertaining with family and friends. Rocking chairs and hammocks provide the perfect place to relax, take a nap or read a book.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with private bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed with private bathroom and the third bedroom features 2 twin beds, which allows for a maximum of 6 guests.
Rates vary based on occupancy:
$375/night for 2 bedrooms (4 people max)
$425/night for 3 bedrooms (6 people max)

*$50 extra per night per person with 7 person max

***This home is not part of Rancho Santana's Management Program. As of January 2023, Rancho Santana implemented a resort fee of $15/person/day plus tax (15%). About the Area
Rancho Santana is Nicaragua's premiere oceanfront development. Rosada is right in front of this house. This left-hand point breaks over a fairly shallow reef bottom and is situated in a gorgeous, private cove.
Santana, a fast, barreling beach break. The wave bounces off a rock headland and sends wedgy peaks down the beach. This wave is a short 5-minute walk away.
