The home overlooks the surf at Playa Rosada, a world-class point break and you can even lay in bed and watch the surf without raising your head from the pillow!
There's no need to get in your car to go to the beach as a staircase on the property leads you down a 1 minute walk to Playa Rosada. This is one of Nicaragua's most beautiful, secluded beaches that also offers an intimate restaurant called La Boquita. Enjoy this property's unique privacy from neighbors that is not available from other homes nearby.
A brick driveway leads to covered carport with easy same-level access to the front door that is great for children, elderly or anyone carrying groceries and luggage. The main floor features the Master Suite, which boasts plenty of space and gorgeous ocean views, and across the hallway is the guest bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs Junior Suite also doubles as the perfect office for remote work as it features a large desk and balcony with amazing views.
Enjoy A/C in every room or simply open the windows and enjoy the breezy climate and natural sounds of birds and the crashing surf below. The kitchen is set up with a large island, modern appliances and filtered drinking water. A back-up generator system powers the entire house so none to worry about power outages. There is also a washer, dryer and ironing board for guest use. Housekeeper and gardener work part-time, keeping everything clean and comfortable.
The house is located in Rancho Santana- a residential resort community. The resort aspect includes concierge service, gated access with security, 5 secluded beaches, main clubhouse, 3 restaurants plus cafe, poolside bar, 3 community pools, bike and hike trails, fishing, surfing, horse stables, tennis and pickle ball courts, yoga, spa and grocery market, Golf is available outside development.

Surf
Santana, a fast, barreling beach break, is right out back. The wave bounces off a rock headland and sends wedgy peaks down the beach. This wave is a short 1-minute walk away.
Rosada is about a 15-minute walk around a stunning headland from the casita. This left-hand point breaks over a fairly shallow reef bottom and is situated in a gorgeous, private cove.
